Legal documents

General Terms and Conditions

Heal&Glow, s.r.o. · effective from 1 November 2026

1. Introductory provisions and important definitions

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions govern the conditions for (a) the provision of digital content, in particular online courses, e-books, webinars, video recordings and audio recordings, and (b) the provision of online and offline conferences, workshops and other online and offline events, through the web interface www.hanavolfova.cz, www.healandglow.cz, www.hanavolfova.com and hanavolfova.podia.com, including their subdomains and order forms.

1.2 Products offered under the Heal&GLOW® and Hana Volfová Academy brands are provided by the Provider. Individual consultations, mentoring and other services provided by Hana Volfová as a sole trader are governed by her own terms and conditions where she is identified as the provider in the relevant offer.

1.3 The Provider may also provide retreats, experiential events and other online or offline services specified in a particular offer.

1.4 The following capitalised terms used in these General Terms and Conditions have the following meanings:

1.5 “Terms and Conditions” means these General Terms and Conditions.

1.6 “Provider” means Heal&Glow, s.r.o., ID No.: 106 92 339, VAT No.: CZ10692339, with its registered office at Korunní 2569/108G, Vinohrady, 101 00 Prague 10, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 346737, email: info@hanavolfova.cz.

1.7 “Customer” means a natural or legal person who concludes a Contract with the Provider or is interested in concluding one. Under the applicable laws, a distinction is made between a Customer who is a Consumer and a Customer who is not a Consumer.

1.8 “Customer’s Electronic Address” means the Customer’s email address specified in the order or in the Customer’s User Account, if the Customer is registered and their email address was not specified in the order form.

1.9 “Website” means www.hanavolfova.cz, www.healandglow.cz, www.hanavolfova.com and hanavolfova.podia.com, including their subdomains and order forms.

1.10 “Digital Content” means products delivered in digital form, in particular online courses, e-books, webinars, video recordings, audio recordings and other digital products according to the Provider’s current offer on the Website.

1.11 “Digital Environment” means hardware and software that enable documents in docx, pdf and similar formats to be opened and used and video and audio files to be played, together with an internet connection of sufficient speed and a functioning email inbox maintained in a condition capable of receiving messages.

1.12 “Services” means, in particular, workshops, conferences, seminars and other events provided online or offline, and other services according to the Provider’s current offer on the Website.

1.13 “Products” means Digital Content and Services.

1.14 “Copyright Act” means Act No. 121/2000 Coll., on Copyright, Rights Related to Copyright and Amendments to Certain Acts (the Copyright Act), as amended.

1.15 “Civil Code” means Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended.

1.16 “Consumer Protection Act” means Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended.

1.17 “Consumer” means any natural person who enters into a contract with a trader or otherwise deals with a trader outside the scope of their business or independent professional activities.

1.18 “Contract” means a contract for the provision of Digital Content or a contract for the provision of a Service concluded between the Provider and the Customer through the Website.

1.19 “User Account” means the Customer’s account specified in Article 2.1 of these Terms and Conditions.

1.20 These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the Contract.

1.21 These Terms and Conditions are published on the Website. By providing confirmation on the Website when submitting an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to them. Legal relationships not governed by these Terms and Conditions are also governed by the Civil Code and, where the Customer is a Consumer, by the Consumer Protection Act and the consumer protection provisions of the Civil Code.

2. User Account

2.1 Following registration on the Website, the Customer may access their user interface (User Account). The Customer may place orders for Products through this user interface.

2.2 Where the web interface permits it, the Customer may also order Products directly through the web interface without registering. When registering on the Website and ordering Products, the Customer must provide all information correctly and truthfully. The Customer must update the information in the User Account whenever it changes. The Provider considers the information provided by the Customer in the User Account and when ordering Products to be correct. Access to the User Account is secured by a username and password.

2.3 The Customer may not allow third parties to use the User Account.

2.4 The Provider may cancel a User Account, in particular where the Customer has not used it for more than 24 months or where the Customer breaches the Contract, including these Terms and Conditions.

2.5 Where the Customer has access through the User Account to purchased Digital Content that remains available under the concluded Contract, the User Account may be cancelled if the Customer seriously breaches their obligations under the Contract or these Terms and Conditions, the Provider withdraws from the Contract for that Digital Content and the Customer’s access to the Digital Content is cancelled.

2.6 The Customer acknowledges that the User Account may not be available continuously, particularly due to necessary maintenance of the Provider’s hardware and software or that of third parties.

3. Orders and conclusion of the Contract

3.1 All presentations of Products on the Provider’s Website are for information only, and the Provider is not obliged to conclude a Contract for a particular Product.

3.2 Section 1732(2) of the Civil Code does not apply.

3.3 Information about individual Products, including their specifications and main characteristics, is provided on the Website, together with their prices. Product prices include VAT (the Provider is registered for VAT), are final and include all associated fees. Prices remain valid for as long as they are displayed on the Website. This provision does not limit the Provider’s ability to conclude a Contract on individually agreed terms.

3.4 The Provider also informs Customers on the Website of costs associated with the delivery of Digital Content or the provision of a Service.

3.5 To order a Product, the Customer completes the order form on the Website. The order form always contains information about the Customer, the Product ordered, its price including taxes and fees, the payment method, the requested delivery method and any costs associated with delivery.

3.6 Before submitting the order to the Provider, the Customer may check and amend the information entered, including identifying and correcting data-entry errors. Submission of an order constitutes a binding offer to conclude a Contract. For an order to be valid, all mandatory information in the order form must be completed, the Customer must have read these Terms and Conditions and must confirm that they have done so.

3.7 The Customer undertakes to provide true and complete information in the order and User Account, including the Customer’s Electronic Address, telephone number, identification details and, where applicable, billing details.

3.8 The Provider will consider the information supplied by the Customer correct and complete and is not entitled to verify it.

3.9 Without undue delay after receiving an order, the Provider will confirm receipt by email to the Customer’s Electronic Address. Confirmation of receipt under this paragraph concludes the Contract and establishes the legal relationship between the Provider and the Customer.

3.10 These Terms and Conditions in text form (PDF or a similar format) will be attached to the order confirmation, including any legally required confirmation of express consent to the provision of Digital Content beginning before the withdrawal period expires.

3.11 Depending on the nature of the order, the Provider is always entitled to request additional confirmation from the Customer (e.g. by email or telephone).

3.12 The Customer may cancel the order without giving a reason until the Provider confirms it.

3.13 The Customer agrees to the use of means of distance communication when concluding the Contract. The Customer bears their own costs of using those means in connection with the conclusion of the Contract (internet connection and telephone call costs), which do not differ from the basic rate.

3.14 Under the concluded Contract, the Provider must provide the Customer with Digital Content or a Service according to the type of Product ordered.

3.15 In return, the Customer undertakes to pay the Product price, unless Digital Content is supplied free of charge in exchange for the Customer providing personal data to the Provider’s database. The Provider is released from the obligation to supply Digital Content or a Service where the Service has reached capacity or in similar circumstances in which proper delivery of the Product is not possible. In these cases, the Provider may withdraw from the Contract and will inform the Customer without delay. If the Provider supplies a gift with the Product, the gift agreement is concluded subject to the condition subsequent that, if the Contract terminates (e.g. following withdrawal), the gift agreement automatically terminates from the outset together with the Contract, and the Customer must return the gift.

4. Product price and payment terms

4.1 The Customer may pay the Product price and any delivery costs under the Contract by: (a) bank transfer to the Provider’s account; or (b) cashless payment through the Stripe payment gateway, in which case payment is also governed by Stripe’s terms available at https://stripe.com/en-cz/legal/payment-terms. Due to their nature, the supply of Digital Content and Services does not generally involve packaging or delivery costs unless expressly stated otherwise for the particular Product, including the specific amount of those costs. In that case, the Customer must also pay the agreed costs of supplying the Digital Content or Service.

4.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, the price of a Product also includes its delivery costs.

4.3 Payment by bank transfer to the Provider’s account under Article 4.1(a) is due within 5 days of the conclusion of the Contract.

4.4 Payment through the Stripe payment gateway under Article 4.1(b) is due immediately after the conclusion of the Contract.

4.5 The Customer’s payment obligation is fulfilled when the relevant amount is credited to the Provider’s account.

4.6 If the Customer is late in paying the Product price, the Provider may withdraw from the Contract under the conditions laid down by law.

4.7 Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website for a particular Product, the Provider requires payment of the full price before (i) delivery of Digital Content or (ii) provision of a Service, or the sending of a document entitling the Customer to receive the Service (ticket, voucher, etc.).

4.8 Section 2119(1) of the Civil Code does not apply.

4.9 Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website, discounts on the Product price granted by the Provider cannot be combined.

4.10 In the event of an obvious error in the Product price on the Website or a similar error during the conclusion of the Contract, the Provider is not obliged to supply the Product at that price and may withdraw from the Contract.

4.11 The Provider will issue the Customer with a tax document (invoice) for payments made under the Contract.

4.12 The Provider is registered for VAT. The Provider will issue a tax document (invoice) after the Product price has been paid, or after part of it has been paid where payment by instalments is permitted, and send it electronically to the Customer’s Electronic Address.

4.13 Where expressly stated for a particular Product on the Website, the Provider permits payment by instalments. In such cases, the Product price shown on the Website may be increased, but the Customer will always be informed of the total final price in the order summary before submitting the order. By concluding the Contract, the Customer undertakes to pay all instalments in full.

4.14 If the Customer is late in paying any instalment or part of it under a Contract for Digital Content, the Provider may temporarily deny the Customer access to the Digital Content (block access) until that instalment has been paid in full.

4.15 If the Customer is late in paying an instalment of the Product price or part of it, the Provider may also, by written notice sent to the Customer’s Electronic Address, accelerate the entire outstanding balance and require all remaining instalments to be paid at once (i.e. the balance of the full Product price) on the date specified in that notice, or withdraw from the Contract.

4.16 In the event of such withdrawal, the Provider is not obliged to refund instalments paid before withdrawal from the Contract.

5. Delivery terms

5.1 Depending on the type of Product ordered, Digital Content will be delivered by making it available to the Customer: (a) in the User Account on the Website; (b) by sending the Digital Content, or a link at which it may be opened or downloaded, to the Customer’s Electronic Address; or (c) by another method stated on the Website for the particular Product and in the order confirmation.

5.2 Digital Content will be made available immediately upon receipt of payment of its price.

5.3 Where the Website states that particular Digital Content will be made available progressively in parts, the first part will be made available immediately upon receipt of payment of its price, and subsequent parts according to the previously announced schedule.

5.4 If the Provider is late in making Digital Content available and fails to do so within an additional period of ten days following the Customer’s request, the Customer may withdraw from the Contract. The Customer may withdraw from a Contract for Digital Content without allowing that additional period only where the Provider’s statement or the circumstances make it clear that the Provider will not supply the Digital Content, or where the parties’ agreement or the circumstances at the time of conclusion show that delivery at the specified time is essential to the Customer.

5.5 A Service, whether online or offline, will be provided at the time and place, or in the manner: (a) specified for the particular Product, especially for online or offline Services with a fixed date, such as conferences, workshops or seminars; or (b) agreed between the Provider and the Customer after the Contract is concluded, where this is expressly stated for the particular Service, or where the Website does not specify a date and the nature of the Service indicates that it is not tied to a particular date.

5.6 Where provision of a Service requires presentation of a document entitling the Customer to receive it (e.g. a ticket or voucher), that document will be sent electronically to the Customer’s Electronic Address immediately after the Contract is concluded and the Service price is paid, and no later than within three days.

5.7 If a Service is ordered less than three days before it is due to be provided, the Provider will make every possible effort to deliver the document referred to in this paragraph immediately after the Contract is concluded and payment for the Service is received.

5.8 Audio and video recordings of the Services may not be made without the Provider’s consent.

5.9 The Provider may temporarily suspend access to Digital Content or the Website at any time, for example for security reasons, force majeure, a decision of a competent authority or court, the exercise of rights necessary for the operation or maintenance of the Website, or similar justified reasons.

5.10 The Provider must inform Customers of such temporary suspension in advance where possible, or otherwise within a reasonable time, for example by a notice on the Website. The Provider will also state the reason and expected duration of the suspension. This does not apply to short-term unavailability of Digital Content or the Website that does not substantially affect Customers’ rights.

6. Withdrawal from the Contract

6.1 A Customer who is a Consumer has the right under Section 1829(1) of the Civil Code to withdraw from the Contract within fourteen days of its conclusion, without giving a reason and without any penalty, unless otherwise stated below. Customers who are not Consumers do not have the right to withdraw without giving a reason under Section 1829(1) of the Civil Code and may withdraw only in cases provided for by law. The provisions of this Article 6 concerning a Customer’s (Consumer’s) right of withdrawal do not apply to them.

6.2 Where the Contract concerns the supply of Digital Content and the Customer expressly requests access before the withdrawal period expires by taking the relevant affirmative action when ordering, the Customer expressly consents to performance beginning (delivery of Digital Content) before the withdrawal period expires, acknowledging that once the Digital Content is delivered, the Customer loses the right of withdrawal under Section 1837(l) of the Civil Code, provided all statutory conditions are met, including confirmation of the Contract and consent.

6.3 Where content is made available progressively, its introductory part may be made available first, depending on the nature and content of the particular Contract; the legal consequences of providing access to that part will be assessed according to the particular offer and applicable laws.

6.4 Where the Contract concerns a Service that qualifies as a leisure service to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period within the meaning of Section 1837(j) of the Civil Code (e.g. workshops, conferences, seminars and other offline or online events held on a predetermined date or during a predetermined period), a Customer who is a Consumer cannot withdraw from the Contract.

6.5 For other Services, the Customer consents to performance beginning before the fourteen-day withdrawal period expires, acknowledging that the right of withdrawal expires once the Service has been provided in full.

6.6 If only part of such a Service is provided within the fourteen-day withdrawal period and the Customer withdraws during that period, the Customer is entitled to a refund of the proportionate part of the agreed price corresponding to the Service not yet provided, or must pay the Provider the proportionate part of the agreed price for performance provided up to withdrawal. Conditions for cancellation or rescheduling may be stated in advance for a particular Service; this does not affect the Consumer’s statutory rights.

6.7 The Customer may withdraw within the above fourteen-day period by sending a completed form to one of the Provider’s addresses stated above (email or registered office), or by making any other unambiguous statement to the Provider.

6.8 The Customer may also withdraw from a Contract for a free Product by unsubscribing from the Provider’s email database (using the relevant link at the end of an email received).

6.9 The Provider may withdraw from the Contract in cases provided for by law, in particular where the Customer materially breaches obligations under these Terms and Conditions or the law (e.g. infringement of the Provider’s or a third party’s copyright in Digital Content, unauthorised interference with the Website’s web interface or unauthorised disclosure of User Account login details to a third party).

6.10 Where the Contract concerns a Service, the Provider may also withdraw if the required number of registered participants is not reached or for other serious reasons. Where the Contract concerns Digital Content and withdrawal occurs, the Provider may deny the Customer access to that Digital Content.

6.11 In the event of withdrawal, the Provider will refund money received from the Customer within fourteen days of withdrawal using the same method by which it was received.

6.12 The Provider may also refund the money by another method if the Customer agrees and incurs no additional costs.

7. Rights arising from defective performance and complaints

7.1 The parties’ rights and obligations concerning the Provider’s liability for defects, i.e. rights arising from defective performance, are governed by the applicable generally binding laws, in particular Sections 1914 to 1925, 2099 to 2117, 2161 to 2174 and 2389g et seq. of the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.

7.2 The Provider undertakes to supply the subject matter of the Contract, i.e. Digital Content or a Service, free of defects, in particular in the scope, with the characteristics, and in the form and quality corresponding to the Contract (especially the Product description on the Website and the characteristics usual for that type of Product). Defects in Digital Content

7.3 Where the Contract concerns Digital Content, the Customer may report a defect within two years of the content being made available (e.g. an e-book, audio recording or video recording).

7.4 For continuing obligations, i.e. where performance is not a one-off supply (e.g. an online course), defects may be reported throughout the entire period during which the Digital Content is provided (the entire duration of the obligation).

7.5 If Digital Content is defective, the Customer may request that the defect be remedied unless this is impossible or disproportionately costly.

7.6 In that case, the Provider will remedy the defect within a reasonable time after notification without causing the Customer significant inconvenience.

7.7 The Customer may also request a reasonable price reduction or withdraw from the Contract if: (a) the Provider has not remedied the defect in accordance with the preceding sentence; (b) the Provider’s statement or the circumstances make it clear that the defect will not be remedied within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to the Customer; (c) the defect reappears after being remedied; or (d) the defect constitutes a material breach of the Contract. The Customer cannot withdraw if the defect in the Digital Content is insignificant. A reasonable price reduction under the preceding paragraph is determined as the difference between the value of defect-free Digital Content and the defective Digital Content supplied to the Customer.

7.8 The Customer has no rights arising from defective performance where the defect in Digital Content was caused by improper use or storage, failure to carry out necessary updates or an unsuitable Digital Environment on the Customer’s side.

7.9 If it is suspected that a defect was caused by the Customer’s unsuitable Digital Environment, the Customer must provide the cooperation reasonably necessary for the Provider to verify this.

7.10 If the Customer refuses to cooperate, they may exercise rights arising from defective performance only if they prove that the Digital Content does not conform to the Contract. Defects in Services

7.11 Where the Contract concerns a Service, the Provider is responsible for providing it in the scope, form and quality agreed in the Contract, in particular corresponding to its description on the Website and the characteristics usual for that type of Service.

7.12 If a Service is defective, the Customer is entitled to have the defects remedied. If remedy is impossible or the Provider fails to remedy the defect, the Customer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the Contract if the breach is material.

7.13 The Customer must report a defect in a Service without undue delay after discovering it, ideally during provision of the Service so that the Provider can resolve the complaint immediately, and in all cases no later than six months after the Service was provided.

7.14 The Customer has no rights arising from defective performance if they knew about the defects before the Service was provided or caused them themselves. Complaint handling procedure

7.15 The Customer must report any defect without undue delay after discovering it, by email to the Provider’s email address stated above, or in person if the complaint concerns a defect in a Service and is made during provision of that Service.

7.16 The Provider will decide on (assess) a complaint immediately or, in complex cases, within 3 working days. This period excludes the reasonable time needed for any expert assessment of the defect.

7.17 Complaints will be resolved without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after submission, unless the Provider and Customer agree otherwise.

8. Further provisions on Digital Content

8.1 The provision of Digital Content is governed by Section 2389a et seq. of the Civil Code.

8.2 The Provider will make Digital Content available in the latest version available when the Contract is concluded. Updates are not included in performance of the Contract for Digital Content unless otherwise stated for the particular Product on the Website.

8.3 Even in that case, the Provider will supply updates necessary to keep the Digital Content functional and free of defects for the duration of the obligation. Customers will be informed of available updates and how to install them if their cooperation is required.

8.4 If the Customer does not install such an update, the Provider is not liable for defects caused solely by that failure, subject to the conditions laid down by law. Even where no updates are specified for particular Digital Content, the Provider may update, supplement, expand or otherwise modify it to improve its quality, unless otherwise stated for that Product.

8.5 Such changes will not conflict with the concluded Contract, impair the Customer’s access to or use of Digital Content or result in additional costs to Customers, and Customers will be informed of the changes. Digital Content also includes certain free Products offered on the Provider’s Website.

8.6 In such cases, the Customer provides their personal data to the Provider as consideration for the Product (Digital Content), and a Contract for Digital Content is also concluded. This does not apply where personal data supplied to the Provider’s database are not consideration for a free Product but are provided solely to process the order and deliver the Digital Content.

8.7 Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website, the Customer has access to Digital Content for 12 months from the date it is made available.

8.8 Where the Website specifies a limited availability period for a particular Product, the Customer will have access to the Digital Content for that specified limited period (the duration of the obligation).

8.9 The Customer acknowledges that Digital Content requires a suitable Digital Environment on the Customer’s side to function fully.

8.10 The Provider is not liable for defects caused by incorrect integration of the Digital Content with the Customer’s Digital Environment.

8.11 The Customer acknowledges that Digital Content and the content of the Website are copyrighted works protected by copyright laws, particularly the Copyright Act, and may be used only in accordance with, in the manner and to the extent specified in these Terms and Conditions.

8.12 The Customer may use Digital Content exclusively for personal use and may not make it available to third parties. The Customer may not share User Account login details with third parties.

8.13 The Customer may not copy, supplement, share, reproduce, transfer or distribute Digital Content or any part of it in any way, even free of charge.

8.14 The Customer may not make any changes to Digital Content.

8.15 The Customer may not use Digital Content or any part of it for commercial purposes, make it available for such purposes or use it to obtain a direct or indirect economic or commercial benefit.

8.16 The Customer also acknowledges that the content of the Website, including all photographs, images, logos, software and texts, is a copyrighted work protected by the copyright of the Provider or third parties. Neither the Website’s content nor any part of it may be distributed, copied, reproduced, modified or used for any other purpose without the Provider’s consent or, where the author is a third party, that author’s consent.

8.17 If the Customer breaches any obligation in Articles 8.12 to 8.16, they must pay the Provider a contractual penalty of CZK 500,000 for each individual breach.

8.18 The Provider may temporarily block the Customer’s access to the User Account if it establishes that the Customer is breaching these Terms and Conditions or has reasonable grounds to suspect this.

8.19 The Customer will be informed, and access will be blocked only for the time necessary to investigate the situation and take any subsequent measures (e.g. withdrawal from the Contract by the Provider).

9. Other provisions

9.1 The Customer acknowledges that the Provider’s information and advice in Digital Content and Services are general in nature and based on the Provider’s subjective experience, and that experts or other persons in the field may hold different views.

9.2 The Provider does not guarantee specific results; results may vary individually. Recommendations and other information in Digital Content and Services are always given to the best of the Provider’s knowledge, but do not replace medical care or professional health advice.

9.3 The Provider is not, and by the nature of the matter cannot be, responsible for the result of using such information, as this depends on how it is applied to the individual Customer and on other circumstances that the Provider does not know and cannot influence.

9.4 The Customer acknowledges that they use the information provided in Digital Content and Services in light of their individual circumstances. This does not affect the Customer’s rights or any liability of the Provider that cannot be excluded by law. Physical or emotional reactions may occur during somatic, breathing or other body-based practices; the Customer may stop or adapt an exercise at any time according to their abilities.

9.5 Customers undertake not to disseminate false information about the Provider or persons associated with it and not to engage in unfair competition. This does not in any way restrict the Customer’s right to share a truthful experience or review, whether positive or negative.

9.6 The Provider’s statutory rights to protect its reputation remain unaffected.

9.7 The Provider publishes reviews of its Products on the Website and its social media profiles.

9.8 These reviews always come from actual Customers or other clients of the Provider and are published with their consent.

9.9 Before publication, the Provider always verifies that a review comes from a Customer or other client (in particular by checking the information in the review against order records), or that the review comes from Customers or other clients whom the Provider contacted to request a review in connection with the supply of a Product.

10. Final provisions

10.1 These Terms and Conditions take effect on 1 November 2026.

10.2 The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

10.3 The Contract is governed by the version effective when the order is submitted; amendments do not change Contracts already concluded without an appropriate legal basis or agreement between the parties.

10.4 If any provision is or becomes invalid or ineffective, it will be replaced by a provision whose meaning is as close as possible to that of the invalid or ineffective provision. The invalidity or ineffectiveness of an individual provision does not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining provisions.

10.5 All agreements between the Provider and the Customer are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

10.6 If the relationship established by the Contract contains an international element, the parties agree that it is governed by Czech law. The court with subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction determined by the Provider’s registered office has jurisdiction to resolve disputes. This does not affect Consumers’ rights under generally binding laws.

10.7 Information on personal data processing is contained in a separate document entitled Information on the Processing of Personal Data, published on the Provider’s Website. Any disputes between the Provider and the Customer will primarily be addressed amicably.

10.8 If dissatisfied with any Product or wishing to make another complaint, the Customer may always contact the Provider at info@hanavolfova.cz.

10.9 Customers who are Consumers also have the right to out-of-court resolution of disputes with the Provider, for example through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, with its registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, ID No.: 000 20 869, website: https://www.coi.cz. Consumers can find further information on out-of-court consumer dispute resolution and a list of ADR bodies in the European Union, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/index_en.
