This Cookie Policy applies from 28 October 2026 to the website hanavolfova.cz, including its English version and hanavolfova.com, which redirects to it (the “Website”).
1. WHO RUNS THE WEBSITE
The Website is operated jointly by Hana Volfová, Company ID (IČO) 03926508, and Heal&Glow, s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 10692339, both registered at Korunní 2569/108g, Vinohrady, 101 00 Prague, Czech Republic (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@hanavolfova.cz.
The Heal&GLOW® online programs and members’ area run on a separate website, healandglow.cz (Podia platform), and orders are placed through FAPI checkout forms. These services have their own cookie rules, which you can find on their pages.
2. WHAT COOKIES ARE
Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device when you visit a website. Other technologies work in a similar way, such as your browser’s local storage or measurement codes (pixels). For simplicity, this policy calls all of them “cookies”.
3. THE COOKIES WE USE
3.1 Necessary
The Website can’t work properly without these. They are stored without consent because they are strictly necessary to provide the Website (Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications).
- hv_consent (browser local storage) – remembers which cookies you accepted or rejected, so we don’t ask you on every visit. Kept until you change your choice or clear your browser data. Not sent anywhere.
3.2 Analytics (only with your consent)
These help us understand how you use the Website (which pages you read, where you come from, what works) so we can improve it.
- Google Analytics 4 – provided by Google Ireland Limited, Ireland. The _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish individual visitors and visits. Stored for up to 2 years. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. More: policies.google.com/privacy.
3.3 Marketing (only with your consent)
These let us measure how our posts and ads on Instagram and Facebook perform, and show you content there that may interest you.
- Meta Pixel – provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Ireland. The _fbp, _fbc and fr cookies recognise your browser and measure visits and actions on the Website (such as signing up). Stored for up to 90 days. Data may be transferred to the USA; Meta participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. More: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
3.4 Embedded content and third-party forms
- Tally – the contact form on the Contact page is embedded from Tally (Tally BV, Belgium). It is used to send your message and we do not use it for tracking. More: tally.so/help/privacy-policy.
- MailerLite – sign-up forms send your details directly to MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania). No cookies are stored on the Website in the process.
Fonts, photos and videos are hosted on the Website itself, so no content is loaded from third-party servers for them.
4. YOUR CONSENT AND HOW TO CHANGE IT
On your first visit, a bar appears where you can accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies, or choose only some of them in settings. No analytics or marketing cookies load until you give your consent. The legal basis for using them is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before it.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Website may then work in a limited way.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
